Common Issues
The “Link Issues in Bulk” option does not appear in the menu
- Ensure the app is installed and enabled on your Jira site.
- The option appears under the “…” (More actions) menu on any issue view.
Some issues failed to link
- The app shows failed issues in red after processing. Common reasons include insufficient permissions on the target issue or the link already exists in the opposite direction.
- You can copy the failed keys and retry.
JQL query returns no results
- Verify your JQL syntax is valid using Jira’s built-in JQL search first.
- The app uses the same JQL engine as Jira search.
The Link Summary panel is not visible
- The panel may be collapsed. Look for the “Links” label in the issue’s right sidebar.
- If it does not appear at all, check that the app is installed and you have read access to the issue’s linked issues.
